now probably offtopic but seriously if we can make IBM to acknowledge the well-known battery problem with Traveler on Androïd it would be awesome.

Actually push-mode is not really usable, because it drains battery way too fast.

You can clearly reproduce this problem :

Set traveler in push-mode and monitor your battery usage.
If you want more details please use the app named "betterbatterystats" : you will see traveler is using partial wakelocks abnormally and it prevent your cpu to enter deep sleep.

Traveler is the only one push-mode application that drains a lot battery, this issue doesn't exist for the gmail app, native e-mail app, or even hotmail app.
